Using Spring and Summer’s wild harvest as food for the Winter is easy to do but it takes thoughtful preparation and dedication just as menu planning and grocery shopping does.

Join me on Saturday, October 29th at 9:30 a.m. to learn, forage, cook and eat lunch together.

Space is limited to 12 cooks. $40 fee includes instruction, handouts, lunch and take home extracts for the flu season.
