Dandelion Pesto

2-4 cloves of Ramps or garlic

1/2 c olive oil

2-3 cups of Dandelion leaves

1/4 c Parmesan cheese

dash of sea salt

squirt of lemon juice (or Sumac concentrate as a lemon substitute)

1/4 c nuts of choice (pine nuts, walnuts…)

Mix all in food processor till the consistency desired.
