Anxiety Attacks

Stress and Anxiety are a negative vortex that spirals health down the drain.  With our fast paced lifestyles and multi demands from every corner stress happens.  It is an epidemic.  Living a life at peace with God, with others, with ourselves is possible but it takes disconnecting from the rat race at a core level and connecting to the Source of all that is lovely, good, beautiful, powerful, creative, life giving …  Jesus Himself.  I didn’t say religion, Jesus is the anti thesis of religion.  He is The Way, The Truth and The Life.  Know Jesus Know Peace.  No Jesus, No Peace. We were created to be filled to overflow with the love of God and for intimacy with the Trinity.
I could say much about this for this has been my journey for the past 9 months, but for now here is a short protocol to help with anxiety attacks.  I hope it helps get you started on the path to deep healing.
B 100 complex 1 x per day with food – this is for adrenals.

Magnesium citrate – the version I like is Natural Vitality’s “Calm” magnesium with potassium.  This may be taken every morning.

1/4 tsp baking soda in 1/2 cup water on empty stomach before bed.  May combine with probiotics.

GABA – taken on empty stomach before bed and in morning (GABA is an amino acid that is very calming – Vitacost)

Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy – nothing in mouth 5 mins before and after – can take several times per day.

Soaking music all day and during the night – especially “Come to the Quiet” by John Michael Talbot

Do not get dehydrated – makes anxiety worse.  Add sole to all water and tea.

(How to make sole, a super concentrated mineral solution, instructions at the hyperlink)

Warning: Constipation makes anxiety worse.

“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee”  Isaiah 26:3

“Peace I leave with you; My [own] peace I now give and bequeath to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. [Stop allowing yourselves to be agitated and disturbed; and do not permit yourselves to be fearful and intimidated and cowardly and unsettled.]  John 14:27 in the amplified Bible
