Dandelion Flower Buds Marinated

I found this recipe somewhere in the bowels of cyberspace and made it not only for the flower buds but also for the Dandelion crowns.  It was outstanding.

I’ll make this again soon and post pictures.  Wish I could give credit where credit is due!

Dandelion Flower Buds Marinated

1/2 c onions or wild onion

3T freshly minced ginger or wild ginger

4-5 garlic cloves or ramps

1 Cup Dandelion flower buds

ACV

Tamari Soy Sauce

Rinse buds place into a pint jar with onions garlic and ginger

Fill 1/3 way with ACV and then 1/2 way with soysauce

cover with plastic lid

let sit for 3 weeks in fridge enjoy on salads

keeps indefinitely in the fridge
