Wild Black Bean Chocolate Brownies (GL)

1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 eggs
3 tablespoons coconut oil
1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3⁄4 cup raw sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon roasted and ground Dandelion root
1⁄2 cup chocolate chips
1⁄4 cup of Peppermint leaves diced fine with herb scissors

Preheat oven to 350°F
Lightly grease 8×8 square baking dish
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the mixture
Bake in oven until top is dry and the edges begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.   Baking time is approximately 30 minutes.
